REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your booking any time before scheduled pickup date and time. However, last-minute cancellations might cause a loss to the driver. Therefore, we recommend canceling as soon as you have learned of the change in your travel plans. You can cancel the booking by calling us anytime on 24x7 customer support.

Terms and conditions for Local / Airport transfer / Oneway Trip

If you wants to cancel the booking within 3 Hours of pickup, then no refund shall be applicable and booking confirmation amountshall the trated as cancellation charges.
If you wants to cancel the booking between 3 hours to 24 hours of pickup date and time, A cancellation charge of 10%

Terms and conditions for Outstation / Chardham Package / Holiday Packages

If you wants to cancel the booking within 30 days of pickup, then 100% advance amount will be refunded and refund will be remitted back to you in 3-5 working days
If you wants to cancel the booking within 15 days of pickup, then 50% advance amount will be refunded and refund will be remitted back to you in 3-5 working days
If you wants to cancel the booking within 3 to 6 days of pickup, then 25% advance amount will be refunded and refund will be remitted back to you in 3-5 working days
If you wants to cancel the booking within 3 days of pickup, then no refund shall be applicable and booking confirmation amountshall the trated as cancellation charges.
