• )Agreement to Terms by booking a ride with Raman Cab you agree to comply with and be bound these terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use out services

Services Provides

• )Raman Cab provides transfportation services for customers throungh our netwrok of drivers. We aim to provide safe, reliable, and timely services within the areas specified on our platform.

Booking & Cancellation

• )Booking:- Booking can made via our website or by calling our customer service

• )Cancellation:-You can cancel a booking before the driver is assigned ,or within the time limit specified in our cancellation, after the driver is assigned may incur a cancellation fee.

Payment

• ) Payment for rides will be made through the payment methods provided in our platform including but not limited to credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or cash/if applied

• ) All payment must be made in full of the end of the ride unless, otherwise agreed.

• ) Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated prior to the booking confirmation.

Rider Responsibilities

• ) Driver will maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration.

• ) Driver will provided safe and professional service.

• ) Driver have the right to refuse service to any passenger who is infoxicated unruly, or violates the law.

Ride Modifications

• ) Modifications to a scheduled ride e.g; changes in destination or route are subject to approval and may incur additional charges

• )Any requests for modification must be made prior to the ride commencing.

Limitaion Of Liability

• ) Raman Cab is not liable for deloys accident, damages, or loss occurring during the ride, except in case where we are directly responsible.

• ) The event of an accident or injury, the rider agrees to hold the driver and Raman Cab harmless except where negligence or wrongdoing is proven.

Privacy

• ) By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in our privacy policy, which is available on our website.

• ) We may collect data related to your ride, including location, payment details, and personal preferences to improve the service.

No Gurantees

• )While we strive to provide timely and reliable services, we do not guarantee ride availability, transportation time or exact fare estimates.

Termination of Service

• )Raman cab reserves the right to terminate or suspend by user's account if He/She violate these terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolutions

• ) Any disputes between the ride and Raman cab should be resolved through our customer service team.

• ) If disputes cannot be resolved directly they will be handled under the laws.
